-Understand that AER is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and the Official Nonprofit of the U.S. Army and is an independent private entity, not part of the U.S. Government and therefore not subject to the Privacy Act (5 U.S.C. 552A).
-AER routinely intercepts and monitors communications on this IS for purposes including, but not limited to, penetration testing, network operations and defense, personnel misconduct (PM), law enforcement and investigations.
-At any time, AER may restrict your account access due to suspicious activity or other unauthorized use.
